Ceremonial Kitchen & Co. is serving since 1980 at parties and weddings and has a delivery outlet at Mulund. The outlet in Thane is an extension of the existing successful franchise. They primarily specialize in three cuisines viz. North Indian, Maharashtrian & Chinese. The interiors are what we millennials call "lit". Bulbs hanging from the ceiling, mosaic pictures of photography, graphic walls are some of the highlights of the interior. The wait staff is knowledgeable, soft-spoken and well-mannered, especially Tushar.
We started with a few mocktails and one of them was Tiki Mango Lady which was a not so thick mango juice with chilli powder on the rim of the glass. The combination of chilli powder and mango juice was worth trying. In appetizers, we liked Paneer Reshmi Tikka when served the second time, because the first time it lacked the flavour and was a little bland (but when informed they were courteous enough to replace the dish with a freshly made new one). As they are known for their Maharashtrian cuisine, we wanted to try something a little spicy and hence selected Pan-Fried Bhindi- It was made to perfection with the taste and texture of Okra maintained. One should try this with Laccha Paratha. To end it all we had Kharvas- It is called so in Marathi, however, you might recognize it with one of the following names- Milk Pudding, Bari, Cheek, Junnu, Ginnu or Balli. I had it in the most sophisticated form as I have always had it from the roadside thela.
Other items ordered were Virgin Mojito, Veg Manchurian and Blessing divine (Sheera). This is the place is worth trying because of their history of serving people for so long. This place is also cost-effective & a serves something for everyone.
Recommendation:
-Tiki Mango Lady
-Lacha paratha
-Kharvas
Pros:
-Spacious & Decorative
-Affordable
