The Mumbai Plastic Recyclothon, an initiative of Project Mumbai, is all about being the biggest plastic collection drive this city has seen so far. All you need to do to be a part of it is make up a bag of all the things you'd like to donate and they will come and collect it from your doorstep.
If you're wondering who all can participate, it's everybody, from schools to institutions, societies, colleges and even you as individuals.
The great thing about this project is that all the plastic you donate will be used to create public amenities (make benches for senior citizens and waste bins in public spaces) and an installation that will reside as a reminder of the event in a part of Mumbai.
