What Makes It Awesome?

The place is huge and well decorated. On a weekday lunch also the place was quite full.

Very soothing music was played(some people actually went on check the playlists) which lifted the atmosphere.

On arrival, we were served chilled Turmeric Latte which was very well made. It had an addition of spices like cinnamon as well apart from Turmeric.

Being a dry day, we ordered basic drinks like lemonade, chaas, kokum spritzer and virgin mojito. All were very well made!

Coming to food -
Kheema Appam
A perfect lacy Appam was stuffed with kheema and covered with egg was cooked to perfection. A very unique dish and highly recommended!

Gun powder potatoes:
Baby potatoes tossed in spicy gunpowder served with coconut chutney.
Well, balanced flavours!

Then it was Pesarattu:
Pesarattu is a dosa made using whole Moong
Very healthy n tasty was served with red chutney

Also, they serve Rassam shots in between which are too tasty to miss

They serve achaar before serving the main course and they've Lauki ka murabba which was amazing. Don't miss it at all.

In the main course, we had -
Paneer methi with pudina paratha
Very simple yet tasty dry sabzi with a nice warm flaky paratha

Kozi Varutha curry with Malabar paratha:
This was chicken curry with a coconut base. Tasty but not spicy. The Malabar paratha was just fab with perfect layers!

Desserts:
Elaneer payasam
This was a kheer made of coconut and was generously garnished with dry fruits. Tasted different but good!

Mango phirnee:
Seasonal special was amazing!

Overall, we had a really great dining experience at Talli Turmeric and loved the food as well as the warmth and hospitality of the staff.
