A Hot Tin Roof: A food truck in the parking lot of Mega Mall serving some lip smacking sandwiches and rolls.
It's a plus that it's in the parking lot since it has an open space and social distancing can be maintained.
They make everything inhouse. The sauces, dips, pita etc.
The food is fresh, good quality and delicious.
I tried the American grilled cheese with cheese, caramelized onions and pickles. It was delicious. A perfect balance of sweet, sour and cheesy.
The Mushroom katsu sando was another delicious one. Loaded and quite filling. So good.
Tried the Falafel roll with was quite refreshing due to the parsley inside. The falafels were good.
Loved the crisp piri piri fries served along.
And yes, the spicy tomato relish with the Grilled Cheese was bomb.
Overall a great experience after 8 months.
