Chow Down
El Toro is one of the only tapas places in Bandra, and it’s for anyone who loves their Spanish cuisine.
The ambiance of this tapas bar is is really chill. The interiors are white, with paintings set on the wall and communal tables and chairs. There’s plenty of natural light that filters in, and is a perfect place for getting your first date to {tapas are amazing for that, just saying},
In terms of food, there’s lots to choose from. You’ve got your truffle oil fries {INR 400}, chorizo omelette {INR 300} et all from their regular day menu. The tapas section includes platters like their cheese platter {INR 450}, Catalan nuts {INR 350} which is basically the nuts mixed well the El Toro’s special spices, Patatas Brava {INR 300}, pork belly, paella and so much more. It’s like you don’t even need to fly to Spain for a wholesome Spanish experience.
Sip On
Tapas cafes are known for their cocktails, and El Toro though is slightly on the higher end of the budget, does not disappoint us much.
You’ve got your three types of sangria, cocktails, wine and other boozy brands that we love exploring on the weekends. Their cocktail section includes: tequilla sunrise {tequilla, and orange juice}, El Matador {tequilla and pineapple juice}, wasabi creme {gin, mint, honey infused with their wasabi ice cream}, or their cuba libre {white rum and coke}. Most of the cocktails are priced between INR 450 to INR 500 {excluding taxes}.
So, We're Saying...
With a tapas bar in town, we’re surely booking our tables and going for a massive plate of paella. how about you check it out too?
