This place is a hidden gem in Mumbai. All the veg food lovers must try this place if you wish to have delish veg food and an exquisite service. The staff is very courteous and the ambience is really cool. I loved how they have maintained the levels of cleanliness and it can be easily noticed as soon as you walk in through the door.
1. Fully Loaded Nachos:
Hands down, the best nachos I have ever had. The plating is so great that just a look at it makes you crave for it! The taste was really lovely. The nachos were not too thick so you won't feel bloated after having it.
2. Tandoori Mix Vedge Platter:
Served in a mini grill, this platter has multiple veg starters in it. The way it was presented impressed me a lot. The taste was really good. The baby corn, paneer and the bell peppers were fresh and was cooked neatly. None of the masalas overpowered the taste of the veggies.
3. Paneer Chilli Stir Fry:
Succulent cubes of paneer served hot with a lipsmacking and all time favourite chilli sauce. I loved the taste. The dish was cooked very well.
4. Paneer Roasted in Black Asian Sesame sauce Bao:
the baos were soft and were filled with paneer to the brim. Also, crunchy fresh bell peppers were added on top to enhance the taste. The paneer was cooked properly and its pairing with the soft baos just made it taste great!
5. Posh Mac n Cheese:
The standard mac n cheese pasta. The taste was really awesome. It was served with garlic bread on the side and macaroni was neatly cooked. All in all, a lovely preparation!
6. Chocolate Mud Pile:
YOU MUST ORDER THIS DESSERT WHEN YOU VISIT VEDGE. This one is not just a treat to the tongue, but also to your eyes! It is made in front of you which will just amplify your excitement of tasting it. And these guys have knocked it out of the park when it comes to the taste department for this dessert! The chocolate actually melts in your mouth when you have it. And along with the vanilla ice cream, it is just heavenly!!
P.S: Chef Sunny made the Chocolate Mud Pile in front of us on our table.
7. Spicy Guava Delight:
Fresh guava juice served in a glass coated with lipsmacking lalmirch masala. While having it, you get the feeling as if you are eating the actual guava fruit coated with masala! The taste is lovely and the presentation is also quirky. You should definitely try this when you go to this place.
