Mumbaikars, Oktoberfest 2017 is back this year, and we cannot wait to go there, and chug. Oktoberfest is all set to take place from October 4 to October 7, 2017 at the Mahalaxmi Race Course, and is being organised by the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and The Consulate General Of Federal Republic Of Germany.

What Is It?
Who Is It For?
With love from Germany, this famous fest that is all about music, food and beer has been an annual event in Mumbai since 2011. This one is for you if love all of the above, and want a taste of how Germans do their fests.
Why Should I Go?
To let loose, drinks pints of beer, and hog on to the typical German dishes. You can expect loads of craft beer, bratwurst {hot dogs}, and the traditional music that plays at the Oktoberfest in Munich. A typical fest generally has German Pretzels, pork wiener, goulash lamb and more.
And if there’s anything we are super thankful to the Germany {apart from their automobiles} is their lovely brewed beer. There will be lots of craft beer on tap, and we say you drown yourself in it. The official Oktoberfest band ‘Die Kirchdorfer’ will be blasting of their tunes and patrons can join in the merriment.

The tickets are already out, and you can either opt for a single day pass {for INR 1,000}, multi-day pass for INR 1,800 or go for the all-three days {for INR 2,500}.
