Hazel:- This is an eggless lovely petite gateau which consists of smooth hazelnut ganache and crispy biscuit on the outside with Belgian chocolate mousse on the inside. In simple words, this was the best dessert. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, it was light and crispy on the outside with a smooth and creamy mousse on the inside. Noir:- It's a fantastic chocolate dome with Belgian chocolate mousse inside with rich dark chocolate. The smooth and clear finish of the dome on the outside is something which looks quite attractive and tempts the person to eat it. Framboise:- This is also another handcrafted dome dessert which is made of Raspberry curd on the outside and there is pure dark chocolate mousse on the inside. This is like a mix of sweet and sour and has a lovely zing to the dishes. Hot Belgian chocolate drink:- This is a pure dark chocolate drink and is very sweet. Only for the hardcore dark chocolate lovers.
