Like the taste of fresh ingredients with a burst of flavours in your mouth? Welcome to Open China, the latest entrant serving South Asian cuisine brought to Juhu by the same guys who gave us Sheesha Sky Lounge.

What Makes It Awesome

Created by restaurateur and architect Ali Reza Abdi, Open China is your friendly South Asian restaurant with a warm ambience, the kind that will accentuate your eating experience. Serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare, they have quite an extensive range. The vegetarians can devour vegetable chive dumpling (asparagus, carrots and water chestnuts seasoned with garlic and chives), steamed-to-perfection open bao mushrooms (button mushrooms and bell peppers cooked in siracha sauce stuffed in flour sheets), and lettuce wraps in plum sauce (vegetables and glass noodles cooked in oyster sauce wrapped in crunchy lettuce served with plum sauce).

For the meat lovers, you must try their chicken wings with plum sauce, salt and pepper prawns, and stir-fried chicken in oyster sauce. To accompany all these delectable dishes, you can go for their Yin Yang fried rice that is wok-tossed, chicken, tomato and prawns in coconut milk, and pan-fried noodles served with chicken and vegetables.
