'Life happens. Cheesecake helps.' Being a crazy lover of this heavenly and mouth-watering dessert, this statement has been my motto for quite some time. While all of us have drooled over cheesecakes in those cutesy cafes, I've found a new obsession to satiate your sweet tooth. So, dessert lovers, move over cheesecake and introduce your taste buds to Cheesecake Cups. Yep, that's a thing. And all thanks to Rhea Kohli, a Mumbai-based passionate baker, for introducing us all to these tiny little pieces of heaven.
While she started off as a home baker, she was quick to realise that it was her cheesecake that was the show's stealer.
Enter: The Cheesecake Theorie.
A special kitchen dedicated entirely to cheesecake. (WOW!) Guess, at least someone has found a Disneyland today. While of course, these guys offer an array of cheesecakes, their USP is cheesecake cups. And our baker, Rhea, is super proud and excited to say that they're also one of the first brands in Mumbai to introduce cheesecake cups. Think of these like bite-sized cupcakes that will just melt in your mouth. Already tempted to call for one? Well, their best-selling flavours are dark chocolate, salted caramel, lemon, blueberry and lotus biscoff.
A box of six cheesecake cups starts at INR 360. And their half kg cheesecakes start at INR 900.
