And if you've just nodded your head, then say hello to the newest entrant in Mumbai's gourmet fast food industry - Speak Burgers. Nestled in the leafy lanes of Pali Hills, Speak Burgers specialises in lip-smacking gourmet burgers at affordable prices. It was their passionate love for burgers that united these three professionals from different fields to start this uber cool joint! We're talking about one of the finest celebrity chef - Chef Vicky Ratnani, actress Kashishh Rajput and entrepreneur Alberto Bestonso.
Now without further delay, let me dig into their well-curated menu and what all you can order in. If you're the one who likes chilling at home on Friday nights and binge-watching, their burgers are the perfect addition. Well-packaged in a cool printed paper bag and bright yellow boxes, their burgers were nicely packed to avoid any kind of dismantling. Being a vegetarian, I went for their kickass veggie burgers - Casanova (Italian Grilled Veg Burger) and Green Revolution (Paneer & Green Pea Burger). The latter one is what I highly recommend. The buns were amazingly light and soft, patty was well grilled and had a crisp finish, and was loaded with veggies. If I was to describe it in one word, I'd say it was satisfying. Next, I tried their Casanova, that is their Italian grilled burger. Well, for starters, this one doesn't actually come with a patty and is rather loaded with an array of veggies including Mediterranean-style bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cherry tomatoes etc. This comes with fresh Italian flavours like basil, rocket leaves and of course cheeseeeee!
Of course, burgers ke saath sides toh banta hai! They've got many many options. Think, Kettle chips, OG French fries, cottage cheese fingers, Korean BBQ chicken wings and more. As mentioned, most of their premium burgers are affordable ranging from INR 199 to INR 499. And trust me, these are kickass burgers and serve as a wholesome meal.
