Online food giant, Zomato will now be delivering groceries and daily essential to over 80 cities in India. So, if you open the Zomato app you'll find a 'grocery' tab, which has a list of local groceries in your area they've partnered with to deliver groceries. While placing your order you can opt for contact-less delivery as well, wherein your order will be left outside your doorstep.
While the initiative has rolled out just a few weeks back, only a few areas in Mumbai are able to access this feature. For instance, when we chose Kemps Corner or say Worli in South Mumbai as the delivery area, we found a bunch of grocery stores that were delivering groceries and essentials like milk, a few packaged items, etc.
While the feature is available it may not work as efficiently in your area so we do confirm you check before placing any orders.
