Another lockdown baby I'm glad to have discovered. And if you're a lover of all things sweet or are a health freak - say hello to this new home bakery in town - Sana With A Pan. Kickstarted by a passionate baker Sana Vora in August 2020, her sweet little venture specialises in healthy goodies and cakes. The lockdown gave her enough time to revisit her passion for baking and leverage her love for desserts.

Being a health freak too, she combined the two and decided to bake cakes with healthier substitutes. And there, a few days of research and a couple of tasting sessions later - she whipped up her very first dark chocolate quinoa cake. And since then, there was no looking back. So, all her cakes are gluten-free, 100% quinoa-based without no sugar and butter. Which is also her USP. So, think of ingredients like quinoa, light olive oil or coconut sugar that are the prime heroes of her cakes.

And the best part? They yet taste divine and lip-smacking. From recreating a cleaner version of mint chocolate cake and granola cake to using fresh fruits like berries, mangoes and strawberries - her cakes are sure to get your guests talking. Chocolate lovers, did I mention there's something called as Lindt cake in her menu.

Her pricing starts from INR 700 and goes up to INR 2500.
