A lockdown baby, this sushi delivery joint was kickstarted by a passionate cook - Amrita Shah - who used up the abundant time the lockdown permitted to catalyst her passion for cooking and turning it into a full-fledged business.
And she brings more than just authentic Asian cuisine to the plate. There's a lot more focus on design, innovation and presentation. Let's begin with their creative menu. Her amazing menu caters to delicately crafted sushis and is all-vegetarian. Apart from their classic sushi rolls and sushi cakes, they're offering sushi cubes, sushi donuts and sushi macarons. And, each of these come with unique presentation and decor. Fun fact: Nori Macarons is an original creation by Amrita and you won't find these anywhere else.
