The staff was spot on, to be honest. They really know what the hospitality industry is all about. The hotel has collaborated with a local brand from Kerala for their spa services. They have reasonable rates. They have some of the specialist oils which are used for massages. We chose two packages and when we came out we were so relaxed and really refreshed. We took the massage package with almond oil and scrub with mix fruit flavour.

They have a great buffet for all their meals. Their dinner buffet consists of one soup, few salads, starters which come on the table, and a main course in which breads like naan and roti come fresh on your table and dessert.

It's easily accessible and they have pick up and drop services as well. However, let them know in advance in case you need a pick-up service.
