Located on the first level of Phoenix Market City, Shizusan offers a tasteful balance of Asian vibe and flavourful dishes. The decor is pleasant with a plush table setting and lovely tints of pink. The pan Asian curated menu includes a delectable range of food and beverages.
-We started our meal with a refreshing Pomegranate Spritzer. For appetizers, we tried the crispy Kung Pao Potato and Crispy Shiitake Mushroom. Both of these dishes were crunchy and full of spices.
-For accompanying our meal, we were served two extremely cool concoctions - Tom Yum Cup and Mogo Mogo Iced Tea. The iced tea is made out of fresh Mogo flowers giving it a soothing fragrance.
-Edamame Petit Pois Truffle Oil - translucent dim sums stuffed with creamy edamame filling and hints of black truffle oil.
For the main course, we stir-fried vegetables tossed in red chilli, hot basil, galangal, lemongrass, and Chinese garlic.
For the desserts, we had Tender Coconut Cheesecake and Manilas Halo Halo Sundae.
