Hummus Ice Cream And Cookie Sushi Rolls Are Coming To Andheri

Love Papacream, but Churchgate is too far? We have good news because our favourite gourmet ice-cream parlour will open in Andheri this week.

If you’re tired of travelling all the way to south Mumbai for some yummy gourmet ice cream, then fret no more. Papacream is opening its second outlet in the western suburbs, and yes, it’s coming to Andheri. For the last one year, Papacream has been creating delicious ice creams, milkshakes and sorbets using liquid nitrogen and it’s finally wheeling it’s way to the heart of Andheri! Papacream has come up with some downright crazy ice cream flavours, so while there is the strawberry and blueberry, and seasonal flavours of mango and sitaphal, there’s also their signature flavours of Horlicks icecream with Nutella Pancakes and more.

Keeping in mind the characteristic Papacream feel, with playful décor elements such as baby pink bicycle stools equipped with pedals to slip your feet into, and a pretty yellow ferris wheel showcasing all the options for toppings, the ice-cream parlour has kept the cute, interesting interior vibe going. The ice cream is prepared right in front of you, so you can join in and watch the fun process. This outlet will also have a lovely outdoor area that’s perfect for lapping up some delicious ice cream while enjoying the beautiful winter weather {okay, pleasant-enough weather}.

The menu offers a variety of delicious frozen sweet as well as savoury ice creams, sorbets and drinks with an array of toppings. Their savoury ice-creams are apt for the not-so-sweet lovers! The scrumptious Mediterranean spices infused hummus ice-cream served with sticks of sesame lavash and the exquisite Madras Sorbet sitting on a bed of yellow and pink Idiyappam noodles is perfect for those who love to try something new and are always ready to experiment!

Not to mention the decadent Cookie Sushi roll, which is designed to look like your typical sushi roll but filled with yummy biscotti icecream wrapped with a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough to give it that seaweed look, and served with chopsticks {that was long but how cool is that?}.

For all the fitness freaks, there are also sugarfree chocolate options. Papacream milkshakes are delicious and in flavours of Belgian chocolate, blueberry which comes topped with a cute blueberry tart and oreo bites and salted butter popcorn. Also waddling its way to Andheri is the yummy Belgian sundae and very berry bubble sundae stuffed with blueberry ice-cream, red velvet crumble, cheesecake crumble, white chocolate sand and served in a bubble waffle! This is bound to make you very berry happy.
