Mashed potatoes Tikki with crispy fried with Lovely Chutney mash in Between, some raisins to add the sweetness. Perfect thickness, lovely balance of spice. Highly Recommended!

The heritage of Parsi cuisine. A crime if you don't try this. Caramelized onion with Iranian berry. The sweetness & spice & tanginess with basmati rice.
Aunty Farida's Dhansak: The legacy of the Parsi Zoroastrian community, caramelized rice with lentils using ginger, garlic & cumin. Small Scooped potato, with Caramelized onion, topped to give the extra texture.
