Bandra’s favourite home chef service-turned-takeaway, Pack-A-Pav, will be selling their delicious pavs in the Kamala Mills branch of the Bar Stock Exchange from Monday, August 8 onward.

The collaboration is part of the Local Culinary Superstars campaign by the Bar Stock Exchange. The best of Pack-A-Pav’s creations will be sold at the Kamala Mills outlet, including the mutton shammi pav, the Irani chicken pav, Mum’s Chicken Garnished salli pav, and the bheja masala pav. On the vegetarian front, we can expect paneer and cheese pav, as well as mushroom shammi pav. Each pav will be accompanied by a dip and desi garnish.
There’s also a new line of cocktails up for grabs, which have been curated especially for this line-up. These include the Punjabi Shaadi, the Military Iranian, the Momma Potion, the Namaste Mumbai, the Alcoholic Vegan and the Gabru Rapper {we are loving these names, can you tell?}.
So We're Thinking...
We are huge fans of Pack-A-Pav’s wares, ever since their days as a pop-up, to their more permanent set-up in Bandra, and the fact that they’re now selling at other spots is giving us huge joy. We are massive fans of their mutton shammi pav, which has the juiciest and most well-cooked pav filling we’ve had in a while, so we recommend that especially.
