So we recently visited the newly opened Butterfly High near Hiranandani Estate.
The interiors of the restaurant is spacious, well-planned and very super aesthetic!
Dress up well because you're bound to get insta worthy photos here!
Here's what we tried :
1. Paneer Ghee Roast : Soft chunks of Paneer in a thick Mangalorean ghee roast.
The flavours are on point!
2.Chicken Ranti : Chicken in a coriander masala stuffed in pita bread and served with a really addictive Garlic Mayonnaise. The filling is generous!
3. Au Gratin with garlic bread :A combination of veggies in a creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with cheese and then baked.
This is served with two pieces of buttery garlic bread.
4. Chicken Masaman curry with steam rice : Fragrant Chicken Thai curry in a thick coconut base served with Steam rice. A welcome change from the usual Chinese Fare
5. Lotus biscoff cheesecake. The presentation was on point however, it gets a little difficult to eat it. The taste was just okay.
You could skip this and try something else from their dessert menu.
For drinks we tried
1. Mango Mule : A mocktail with fresh mango pulp. Heaven for Mango lovers
Simply refreshing!
2. Hawaiian Pineapple : Fresh Pineapple juice mixed with Vodka. π― for the presentation
Verdict:
Butterfly High is a must-try for all Thanekars!
The prices are slightly on the higher side but the ambience, service and the quality of the food justify the price.
