Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, the marquee online website of Indian fashion designers, has announced the launch of their 6th store at Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.
Strategically located in South Mumbai amidst the old city charm and heritage in the bustling designer district of Kala Ghoda, Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio is a stand out space that offers a unique experience to the customers with more merchandise on display than that at its predecessors.
Commenting on this milestone, Mr Abhishek Agarwal, founder of Purple Style Labs, the parent company of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, said, “Since the launch of our first store in Delhi, our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. In a span of four months, we have opened six stores across Delhi and Mumbai. We aspire to make Pernia's Pop-Up Studio, Kala Ghoda the favorite destination to discover Indian fashion for the cosmopolitan audience of Mumbai. Indian fashion is a work of art and we believe in promoting it as a lifestyle rather than just selling a product.” Eyeing the international offline expansion of this multi-designer platform, Abhishek promises to bring the unique experience of Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio to the Indian diaspora and international clients in cities such as London, New York and Dubai by 2019.
The Kala Ghoda store houses over 60 upcoming labels as well as established ones such as House of Kotwara, Shivan & Narresh, Masaba, Namrata Joshipura, Babita Malkani, Rocky Star, Sonaakshi Raaj, Siddharth Tytler, Ridhi Mehra and Papa Don't Preach. These collections are complemented by sparkling baubles of Outhouse, Flowerchild by Shaheen Abbas and Aster to name a few. The exclusive fine jewellery by Qira along with the curated festive and bridal collections make the store a must visit this festive season.
Spread across 5000 sq. feet and three levels with striking interiors and an octagonal trial room to see every detail of the best couture pieces, PPUS assures a distinctive in-store experience to its clientele. With in-store inventory rotation as low as a month, the customers can be rest assured of finding a new collection on every visit.
