The service started with a single vehicle, but now has two full time cars in service of the pets. The service is not restricted to just the city and is open to having pets dropped off to any location, even outside the city limits.
The charges for your ride depend on where you're travelling. If it is in and around Mumbai, it usually takes a lump-sum charge, and if to faraway destinations, a rate of INR 12/kms is charged.
