A curated pop-up of homegrown and indigenous brands, Spring It On By Pilitaxi, is happening at Kala Ghoda, and you can get yourself everything from jewellery, dresses, sarees, blouses and kids wear too. Plus bags and shoes to boot. They also have skincare and decor on offer. The best part? They are all artisanal-based brands with core roots in Indian crafts and craftsmanship. Adding to it all, the brands are all eco-conscious.
Some of the brands we're looking forward to checking out are Karma Ashrama which promotes ethical fashion using natural dye and traditional crafts, The Kaatn Trail a slow fashion brand, Handweave India for sustainable sarees, Ona a western clothing label designed by women, for women for sizes from XXS to 4XL, Tiara trendz for jewellery, and Ira which is a Bengal based brand for Jamdani and Kantha sarees. Oh, and if you're into ceramics, you have to have a look at Aara Earth.
