What Makes It Awesome

Mumbai folks and foodies, we've got a reason to make a visit to Juhu (like, really soon) because Pink Wasabi has some delicious holiday menus prepared! An Asian bistro, this restaurant offers top-notch culinary innovation and classy 'grammable aesthetics. And tbh, we're floored! From decor to their dishes—you'll surely spot inspiration drawn from Japanese concepts—including Igikai, cherry blossoms and more.

Quite true to its name, this Japanese restaurant is an all-pink paradise, from their chic rose-adorned decor and candy floss furnishings to Pinterest-inspired plating and fine cocktails. A well-curated menu takes you on an exotic culinary adventure; their Asian-style delicacies include an array of signature dishes, lattes, patisserie, cocktails and more. When presented on your table, these are a feast not just to your stomach, but the eyes as well.

Their signature dishes include tantalising small bites, such as stuffed purple potatoes with chilli sauce, a Japanese healthy bowl, crunchy lotus and more. The main course comprises of delectable dishes with fresh and exotic flavours, such as cilantro-wrapped John Dory with spicy Thai chilli sauce amongt a host of others. To compliment these dishes you can opt from their ingredient-based cocktails such as pink blossom, plum blossom and more.

Now, if you've got a sweet tooth, they've got a bunch of innovative desserts to satiate your taste buds. Think fresh jasmine mousse with raspberry, coffee bean moulded chocolate tiramisu and more.

We tried their special holiday menu, and yet again, the pink paradise left us spellbound. We started with their sushi, and both the Pink Wasabi Special Roll and Prawns Tempura Maki Sushi were presented and cooked perfectly. Next, we ordered a round of cocktails, which included the Winter Sunset (rum-based with grenadine and orange flavours) and the Snow White Martini (vodka-based with vanilla essence). To take a taste of their Japanese dishes, we called for a potion of Yakitori Grilled Chicken Skewers, which had a nice subtle smokey flavour and perfectly cooked chicken. Their dumplings are amazing too, and we tried the spicy paneer with blue pea flower dumplings. We ended our meal on a sweet note with their seven texture chocolate & hazelnut. We could taste almost all the layers, from the salted bottom to the dark chocolate.

Price For Two: INR 2,000 onwards
