We Want A Pizza That

Learn to make the popular pizzas served at Pizza By The Bay by the head chef himself, Chef Zubin D’Souza. This is a hands-on class in which you knead, roll and bake the pizza to absolute perfection in the HQ of the class Bombay Masala.

Each person in the class gets to choose one of the two doughs – the white flour or the multigrain dough. Then, the chef demonstrates two types of sauces – a tomato base, as well a cream sauce for a bianca pizza. Printed handouts are given for each recipe so that you can recreate the same without any worries at home.

You can choose any pizza off the menu – and use any topping, and voila, you’re soon going to be crowned the culinary expert of any house party scene {unfortunately, the special masala for the Bombay masala pizza, however, will always be a secret}.
