Four home chefs are coming together this Sunday to make sure our bellies are kept happy with a porkstravaganza. Madhumita Pyne, Gitika Saikia, Rhea Mitra-Dalal and Subhashree Basu. The spread will have dishes like pork guti alu, pork pickle, pork black sesame, pork naga and bacon jam. There’s also pigs in a blanket, pork pot pies and ribs. For dessert, there’s bacon ice cream. We’ll be turning into porkupines by the end of it, it seems. Not complaining.

The entry is free and the delicacies will be served out of four stalls and the guests will have to pay per dish. There will also be a bar and live music, so party and pork out at the same time.
