Love yoga and trying organic food? You’re clearly in luck. Organised by Juhie - a Yoga Institute – this workshop is a must attend for those who want to practice yoga poses, meet like-minded people and get their hands on some yummy plant-based and vegan food.
You’ll learn a new form of yoga here, called Yin Yoga. Usually an unheard style of yoga, it’s a slow-based type of yoga during which yoga poses are held for a longer period than usual. It’s essentially a more passive form of yoga where the practitioner will be relaxing in the posture. The postures vary from 45 seconds to two minutes. After this meditative and peaceful class, participants can enjoy a lip-smacking organic, vegan and gluten-free brunch. And we must say, the dishes are pretty unique and unconventional. Some include vegan rainbow mango salad, raspberry cacao peanut butter cups, gluten-free bread with vegan cheese, beetroot and quinoa falafels with spicy harissa dip and more.
Meditation, exercises, good food and some awesome people around – sounds like an amazing weekend to us!
