Moving on towards food:
They serve you with jeera drink, it's quite that Khata. The best dish from Chaubara was Dili ki aloo Tikki, my god! It was the best thing I have ever tasted. Highly recommended.
Then we ordered veg starters, somewhere made up of potatoes, vegetables, kebabs, and mostly panner. We didn't like the veg starters much, the paneer was very hard to chew. But the nonveg starter platter never disappoints you. There were chicken tandoori, various kebab, jhinga, Machali seekh and more. All delicious!
We then had a Katori of rotis, naan, kulcha, laccha paratha, etc. Every bread was cooked up to perfection! We had Dal Bukhara, Murg makhani, and subz Mela bahar. All curries were finger-licking, we loved Murg makhani, the dal Bukhara is their special Punjabi dal, but doesn't seem to impress us. We had a different taste.
Moving on to dessert we ordered rabdi paratha and gulkand icecream. Gulkand ice cream was fabulous, very rich in taste and I could taste the real rose petals and the flavourful gulkand. It was very sweet.
Rabdi paratha was my favourite. Highly recommended!
