Vegetarians unite, as TAG Gourmet by Chef Ranveer Brar has opened up in the industrial hub of Kamala Mills – with its exceptionally diverse menu and a beautiful kitchen setting. Combing the art of dining and wining, it’s an all encompassing experience.

Green Is Gourmet

This all-veggie place is going beyond your typical paneer, Udipi style food offering. Instead here you experience Chef Brar’s carefully curated menu, which plays on the vegetarian dishes he’s seen and eaten during his travels.

Picking up inspiration from his surroundings, Brar’s vision has culminated into a fine dining restaurant with some fantastic dishes for patrons to savour.

Not just the kitchen, there’s also an art space, The Amateur Gallery {TAG) encouraging and supporting upcoming artists and their artwork. A two-in-one restaurant providing food and art for the soul, TAG is on the ground floor, with the dining keeping up its place on the first floor.

Chow Down

The menu is as intriguing as Chef Brar’s travels – traversing through Europe, and around. They offer small plates with five plate tastings.

The state-of-art menu includes kale and mushroom cappuccino {white chocolate truffle froth topped with porcini dust and filled in a cheese puff}, papardelle, mock duck vindaloo, buckwheat Udon, tea smoked tofu {a great addition to tea-infused dishes}, Curry Laksa and so much more that we’re baffled at how different ingredients have come together to redefine the beautiful all-vegetarian concept.

Sip On

There’s a rather fine selection of wine – which can be paired with the taster dishes, along with cocktails and more.

So, We're Saying...

TAG GourmART Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner. We recommend booking a table first. Go here if you love to dine fine, and check out cool art. It’s a great addition to the vegetarian eating out community, letting us herbivores pick and choose from the land of exotic veggies.
