Ten-Second Takeaway

On his 51st birthday, Salman Khan launched BeingInTouch, his very own wellness and fitness app {which hardly talks about, err, fitness}. Here’s all you need to know.

What Is It?

In an attempt to come closer to his fans, Salman Khan celebrated his 51st birthday by releasing BeingInTouch, his all-new fitness app. However, it doesn’t offer anything that his fans didn’t already know. The first page gives you direct access to his social media handles and most recent pictures. ‘Khandaan’ brings you exclusive offers from Being Human, while ‘Jobs’ will interest those who want to work for Salman’s charity. The pick of the lot, though, is the About page. It gives fans a unique insight into different aspects of Sallu’s personality, be it the actor, the painter, the foodie or the dog lover.

Other than stretched pictures of him, you’ll also get to see his fitness regimes {how many bicep curls he does} and how many portions of meals he eats in a day. Those looking to beef up like him can refer to this. Also, you won’t have to read different quotes/articles on his diet, it’s all coming from the horse’s mouth now.

PS: He’s a big eater of eggs, chicken and veggies.

So, We’re Saying…

Though it promised exclusive content directly from the man himself, there wasn’t anything of that sort on launch day. So, if you want to see pictures of Sallu eating while wearing sunglasses, swimming while wearing sunglasses and working out while wearing sunglasses, head to the Google Play Store and download it. Not available on iOS yet.
