For seafood lovers, try the Stir-Fry Prawns in Mango and Coriander with prawns tossed in a glorious gravy and coriander that adds a kick to this dish that is balanced by the sweet mango. From mains, enjoy the Mango Red Curry a warm delicious bowl of Thai curry that comes with coconut milk flavoured with both raw and ripe pulpy mango along with a plethora of seasonal vegetables. The curry can be accompanied with a portion of steamed Jasmine rice and makes for an ideal summer lunch. TheSpicy Mango Fried Rice is pan fried with lots of ginger, garlic and juicy bits of the sweet and sour raw mango finished off with some lime and fresh basil leaves, making the dish fragrant and heavenly while the wok tossed Stir-Fry Mango Noodles come with shredded raw mango, tossed with vegetables and chicken.

A Thai mango meal is often incomplete without the quintessential street food special; Mango Sticky Rice which is served with a drizzle of sweetened coconut milk topped with roasted sesame seeds.
