Crossroads 92 is a chill-out or hangout spot, it is definitely the place you should be at. A place that serves some mouth-watering food with a full bar available! The place has two floors to it, the ambiance is decent, nothing fancy, which isn't a problem at all. The food is quite good taste wise as well as presentation wise.
Dishes I tried :
1) Mocktails:
¶ Strawberry Margherita: An absolute beauty when it comes to aesthetics, the taste too was quite good. A lovely taste of Strawberry to it with the salt at the rims to give the additional flavor to the drink. An absolute classic for a reason. Would surely recommend it.
¶ Mango passion colada: As the name suggests this is not your typical Pinacolada which is a pineapple flavor drink. This drink has a Mango milkshake base with a little bit of passion fruit syrup. The mango and the passion fruit syrup tasted quite good together, a good combination. Would recommend this drink.
2)Starters :
¶Honey mustard crust chicken: This is just a deep crust fried chicken pieces with some sweet sauce with it. The chicken in it was tender but the crust part was a slight let down. The crust didn't stick to the chicken that well, it was just falling off with a little touch. The flavor of the chicken was still good, but in totality, it tasted a little bland.
¶Citrus glazed chicken: An absolute beauty in looks and an absolute banger when it comes to taste. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the citrus gave it a nice acidic taste and the sauces gave it a sweet taste. Since this is a fusion dish it tasted sweet and was pretty much perfect. Not a single thing in this dish that I would like to change. Would surely recommend this.
3) Mains :
¶Peri peri chicken: This main course is on the sweeter side and tasted quite good. Served with rice and well-cooked pieces of chicken breast, this was an absolute delight. The chicken, the gravy and the rice just went perfectly together. Would surely recommend this dish.
4) Dessert :
¶Coconut flan: I wasn't sure while ordering this dish as I thought it would be loaded with coconut flavor. The dish to my surprise was quite good. The coconut flavor was pretty good, the flavor wasn't very overpowering and tasted delicious. It looked quite good too. Just that the quantity was a little less according to the price. Would recommend it.
On the whole an amazing place in the neighborhood, if you're looking for a good hangout spot serving liquor or even for some quality fusion food, then this should be your go-to spot. The service also was quite good.
