Global Fusion: For People Who Love Food

We recently tried a huge buffet at Global Fusion in Worli. They have more than 25 starters in vegetarians and non-vegetarians

Here they have a quite basic but beautiful concept. They had kept sample pieces of all food items there and kept the chits by its side mentioning that specific name of the food item. You had to pick up the chits of selected Appetiser and could give this chits to your table attender and you would get fresh and hot Appetiser. As well as they have huge varieties for main course and dessert as well. Staff always rooming around you with hot piping dumplings cart. This place is divided into two parts, one for meeting and another one for family gatherings. They have a wide range of sushi for veg and non-veg people. I really enjoyed MultiCuisine food.
For Starters, we tried,
Onion pancake, Sweet Peas water chestnut truffle dumpling, Veg bao, and Veg mock duck pan fry dumpling
-Sushi stole the limelight at the buffet:
Bokchoy maki
Zucchini Maki
Dragon Fruits Maki
Mix veg maki
*It was really a happy ending as we tried the most amazing desserts:
Red velvet cake, Carrot cake Swiss roll, and Chocolate Gooey.
overall, it was a lovely experience and could visit the place anytime soon.
