Sev Khamani

It's a proper gujju little snacks, pretty famous in the locality. It is somewhat like a cruched dhokla served with nilon Sev and chops pieces of onion garnish with coriander over it.
It is good but in recent time they have reduced the quantity of it.

They should add less of Sev and more of khamni, do have it with the fried chillies.
