@shibuiibistro is a beautiful Pan Asian Bistro located at Bandra West. Shibuii translated to English means particular aesthetic of simple, subtle, and unobtrusive beauty which is clearly seen in their ambience. They have a combination of attractive as well as comfortable blue and yellow seating. They also have an attractive bar towards the right. For starters we tried their Hang Chicken, Singapore Crab Meat, Tokyo Pork, Thai Curry Green, Mutton Shank and all of them were exceptional in terms of balance of flavors. We also tried their Som Tom Salad which was really something different. Steamed Edammame, Steamed Tofu, Imported Avocado, are some delights that are hard to find elsewhere. Tokyo Shoyu Eamen Chicken soup was really mouthwatering. The highlight of this place is their Pea Butterfly Garlic Fried Rice Vegetable. It is a delight to watch as well as consume. Also the Morning Glory is a great dish prepared from the inside of a special flower that blooms only in the morning. Overall you will get to try a lot of unique Pan Asian dishes that you may not even have heard about before.
