Nestled in the quaint village near Dharamshala is an amazing little world called Peepal Farm, an animal rescue farm. They've got one mission - to minimize pain and maximise good work. As an organisation, the good peeps at Peepal Farm have created a space for injured animals, where they are rescued, treated and then put back into their natural surrounding. Apart from the amazing work that they already do, they've also started off their own product line to fund the animal rescue efforts. And we must say, they're whipping up some really cool stuff! And everything's homemade, vegan and healthy! All the products are made by employing the village girls. And it's all available online on their website. So, it's a win-win situation for everyone. A huge chunk of their product range includes snacks and gourmet products like vegan chocolate spread, peanut butter, vegan granola bars, almond butter, muesli, seed butter etc. You can also find a bunch of kitchen ingredients including organic mint, turmeric, chai masala, rock salt, lemon grass and more. Apart from these, they've got a beautiful collection of embroidered hoops, wallets, the cutest jute bags, badges & pins. My favourite? An embroidered pin with snow capped mountains.
