This Parisian eatery has always been a place of comfort for a lot many of us, serving authentic French food, beautiful inside and out, where you feel like you've made your way to some tiny village in France and are about to embark on a whole new adventure. Well, adventure it is, since Slink & Bardot has (finally!) reopened with a brand new menu that we can't wait to share with you all.
The seaside gem has chef Vidit Aren at its helm, with a whole new level of 'made in India' produce ready for consumption. The new menu is almost entirely dedicated to global small plates, ranging from a gamut of flavours. You can try some of their Scotch Salmon Blinis, Artichoke Barigoule or Steak Frites and wash it down with some well deserved Chardonnay. If you're going the Americana route, check out their Portobello & Soy Sliders with Shiitake Mushroom Ketchup or Birria Tacos with Homemade Corn Tortillas and Guajillo Chilli Consommé. It sounds so good, we're salivating!
All in all, there's a good many new things to lay your hands on and so much to experience in terms of flavours, patterns and textures of food and drink.
