Head To The Royal Opera House This Weekend For Some Soulful Sufi Music

What's Happening

In a world full of dark politics, and disturbed minds, it really gets difficult to soothe the soul. But we can always try and seek some solace, sometimes by attending events that calm the mind and heart. We stumbled upon one such, and we knew we had to share it.

A Sufi band, by the name of Sounds Of The Sufis, is performing its original tracks from a new album called 'Ek Hi Rang' along with spoken word and poetry by drawing inspiration from Rumi, Kabir, and Amir Khusrau. Sufism, as a practice, is known for looking beyond the confines of religion, and that reflects in the new album. Every song in the album is by the people and for the people. Ek Hi Rang is a celebration of life, and acknowledging that it's never a 'You' or 'I'. It's the sense of 'We', that gets us bonding. It's a celebration of the color of unconditional love, that flows through everyone's vein.

So on March 15, from 6:30 PM onward, gear up for a soulful Sufi evening with Sounds Of The Sufis, and embrace the mystical world that they create for you.
