Mumbai Monsoons make us miss the clear skies, and now that the camping season is back, you can go and camp under the stars at Sanjay Gandhi National Park this weekend; i.e. on November 11 & 12. The camp will just cost you INR 2,500 per person.

Stargazing At Its Best
If you think that getting out of the city will not give you a wholesome wilderness experience, then you are in for some wonderful surprises. The camp will start at 4:30 PM on Saturday evening and will end at 10:30 AM on Sunday morning.
Trained naturalists and educators will be present to guide you through the biodiversity and answer all your questions. The stargazing on the other hand will be conducted by experts with good quality and high magnification telescopes.

Don’t forget to carry some warm clothes as it might get chilly in the forest. Torch, insect repellents, medicines and toiletries are among the must haves. It’d help if you wear earth coloured t-shirts and shirts.
