Let’s start with pizza sushi, which is complete with a sushi rice pizza base. They have two versions of that. One, The Hybrid Vegetarian, which has fried asparagus, cream cheese mayo, wakame, crispy nori, avocado, mint tempura, takuan and pickled ginger and costs INR 525. The other, Cross-bred Tuna, which is made with yuzu marinated thin slices of tuna, jalapeño, cream cheese mayo, tobiko, fried capers and mustard cress and costs INR 645.
Apart from the pizza sushi {which might just become the next big thing}, they also have sandwich sushi {try the Smoked Mackerel Compound}, sushi pita pockets {try the Fiery Shrimp Roll Crossover}, sushi tacos {try the Cross-bred Spicy Salmon} and sushi rolls {go for the Grilled Soy Braised Wild Mushrooms & Cheese}.
