Worli has got a new bar with Swey, and we got down to exploring what’s on offer.
Spread across a massive area of 15,000 sq.ft. in Atria Mall, Swey is the latest addition to the food and nightlife scene of the city. A rooftop bar coming from the same guys as Copa, Dishkiyaoon and Penthouzz, Swey is equipped to handle 300 guests at a time and boasts of two bars.
They have wood-fired pizzas, gluten free dishes comfort food on their menu. Their use of artisanal ingredients, fresh raw produce, and locally sourced ingredients that includes cheese, seasonal honeys, sun dried spice mixes, and infused Himalayan salts sets them apart.
Developed by Chef Clyde Comello & Hansel D’souza the menu has a sunset menu complete with coffees, pizzas with craft beers and as the evening progresses, you can have spiced trailmix nuts, brioche sliders, feta bignets, ham and cheese salad and squid sliders.
They use freshly-squeezed juices and ingredients, which we admire. It takes effort to keep up with the pace while providing the best to the guests. You can sip on apple butter martini, There’s something called the ‘After-Dinner’ shots which they said is a surprise that can be discovered after you give them a visit.
We also found the concept of ‘rotation’ here to be interesting.They will be offering craft beers on rotation sourced from local microbreweries including an exclusive brew ‘ Swey With Me ‘ available currently through The White Owl Brewery.
