Celebrity chef Ranveer Brar’s venture TAG Gourmet in Kamala Mills is not just another all-vegetarian eatery, but also an art gallery. The state-of-art menu includes kale and mushroom cappuccino {white chocolate truffle froth topped with porcini dust and filled in a cheese puff}, papardelle, mock duck vindaloo, buckwheat Udon, tea smoked tofu {a great addition to tea-infused dishes}, Curry Laksa and more. We’re baffled at how different ingredients have come together to redefine the beautiful all-vegetarian concept.
