We Can't Keep Calm Because There's A Victorian-Style Tea Bar Opening In Mumbai

Tasse De Thé is going to be the newest tea cafe, and tea bar that’s opening up in Fort in the second week of October. Expect luxury tea at this Victorian-themed cafe, and a place to get your Elizabethan gloves out to sip your chai.

Tasse De Thé has been started off by the certified tea blender, Jiten Sheth and his son, Rohak Sheth. After launching their e-store website this July, which sells over 300 luxury teas, the cafe will be launching soon enough in October, and will be serving all kinds of amazing chai.

First up, we’ve been told there’ll be an open tea bar where you can order in freshly brewed hot or iced tea, tea lattes and other tea-infused drinks.

The menu at the cafe will have dishes that will all be chai-infused – including the tea-flavoured soups. Apart from this, the cafe will be themed with a very Victorian aesthetics. There’s going to be gorgeous teapots, and saucers, a marble stairway and a reminder that you don’t need to go to England to get a slice of English in Mumbai.
