Spotted this new bakery on my way to a friend's place. The store looked uber cool and instantly caught my attention, I figured it's a dessert place, so I decided to explore it while looking for something sweet to gift my friend.
Torta Bella is a newly opened bakery in Ghatkopar. I tried their cupcakes starting at INR 45, I loved their deep dark chocolate and the mocha cupcake. The best part was that they weren't overly sweet.
Also, they have cake jars with quite a few different flavours starting at INR 110 onwards. Some of the must-try flavours here are the guava chilli, dark chocolate and orange, and coffee delight.
The owner happened to be at the store, and she mentioned that cake jars are their best sellers. They also have a cute gift hamper with four different flavours for the festive season. She also mentioned that they specialise in baking fancy birthday cakes using natural colours (making it safe and edible for kids to eat) and unique chocolate sculptures.
Overall, it's a pretty bakery with a French feel and toothsome desserts.
