So I usually order the Wasabi Beef at Royal China but this time I decided to go with the Tenderloin with Truffle Sauce. Best decision of the night.
The beef was succulent and tender. It wasn't overcooked rather it was almost perfectly cooked with a light coating of the truffle sauce. As soon as I had a bite I got a really robust beef flavour. Just as I was chewing it I got a very earthy mushroom truffle taste which gently coated my tongue changing the whole umami of the dish. The lightness of the earthy taste really complimented the beef very well.
If you eat beef and go to Royal China I recommend this dish. In fact, it's probably a must-have.
