The SoBo pub that takes care of three things – leisure, drinks and food. The Ghetto is a legend along with the food court above it. We explore why.

The Ghetto

If you have been in the city long enough, it is highly unlikely that The Ghetto hasn’t been mentioned. The pub that resides in Breach Candy is sort of a ‘known hidden gem’. Laden with UV paint, Ghetto sort of transports you to a beach shack in Goa.

Apart from the bar, it houses a pool table where you’ll often see people huddled. At night, The Ghetto is a full-blown dancing spot for many – you’ll see the music go from techno to rock within seconds here. The drinks are pretty standard here, and you’ll get a glass of LIIT, margarita, mojito etc. at an average of INR 300 here. A pint of beer? Starting at INR 180.

The Grub

After you’re done with your shenanigans at The Ghetto, open yourselves up to a whole new world, a la Jasmine and Alladin. Drunken knights, The Food Court above The Ghetto is a casual dining space {for drunk eating, mind you}. Expect Indian Chinese, Indian, snacks ans seafood on their 11-page elaborate menu.
Try the chicken 65, prawns crispy, egg cheese pulao, mutton cheese biryani and more.

So, We're Saying...

The Ghetto and The Food Court go hand in hand on a night out at Breach Candy. You can head elsewhere but who’s gonna travel?
