The Lil Flea is back with a bang at Mahalaxmi Racecourse and we just can’t keep calm! With every passing year, The Lil Flea keeps getting bigger & better in terms of a crackling line up of home-grown pop-up shops, food brands and few of the best indie bands performing live!
However, we’ve discovered quite a lot of things that’s a first for this event! For starters, it’s making a debut in South Mumbai (already stoked about this one!) The Lil Flea is known for introducing us to some of the most kick-ass homegrown brands; they’ve got almost 250 pop-up shops on board from across the country, with more than 100 local brands that have got us excited. The collection available out there has been carefully curated, that’s exclusively available only at The Lil Flea!
While we’ve covered the ground for all you shopaholics out there, there are artisanal bakers & over 50 delicious food brands to spoil your tummy silly. There’s something to satiate every taste bud and may just leave you wanting more. For those of you wanting to explore & experience something different, snuggle up with your bae or hang out with your peeps for a movie night amidst the lush greenery, inside the shamiana over a starry (we hope!) sky. They have even planned a movie screening especially for kids, board games and carnival games for a perfect family outing with your little ones. Channelise the inner environmentalist in you and head to ‘One Lil Tree’. What’s that? A series of workshops on plant adoption, pottery, hibiscus juice & tasting sessions, kitchen gardening and so much more!
Hold on, there’s more. The bibliophiles are gonna love this one: The Book Exchange session has been upgraded. Picture this: grabbing a copy to read from the tree branches (yeah that’s a thing), sister library powered by female excellence, poetry sessions and of course, gifting books to your fellow mates and much more.
Still, ain’t convinced? Well, how about we tell you that The Lil Flea has a VR zone that will let you indulge in some superb gaming experiences & 4D painting? Plus, there’s an alternative stage with open mics, stand-up acts, poets, magicians as well as a Live Arts zone for the artistic folks out there.
