What's Happening

Bored of the regular outings with your kids to the park or the mall? Don't worry, we've got your back this weekend. Indulge in a fun workshop that has been organized by Earthoholics in association with Kokopellis Song. The 'Little Farmers' series of parent-child workshops that will be held at Maharashtra Nature Park in Dharavi will aim at teaching gardening and other nature related topics, but with a fun twist! These Waldorf inspired workshops will combine songs, storytelling and experiential education techniques, all as you and your little ones spend some time amidst nature.

Of the series of workshops that are going to be held in the upcoming weeks, the first one called Plant To Plate is a 3--hour long workshop that will basically teach the little ones about where the food we eat comes from. The little ones will indulge in harvesting of greens (yes, it's true), whip up a delicious salad and plant their own microgreens too! They will also be taught about the basics of composting, and how to be eco-conscious amongst other topics. It's going to be an earthy experience for both, the parents and the kids.

Let's wake up to something different this Sunday, shall we?!
