The Phoenix Palladium is one of the most exciting places to cater to all your luxury and fast shopping needs. From premium brands to fine dining restaurants, it's a shopping lover's paradise. Among all the hustle and bustle, and right next to the much-loved Asian restaurant Foo, is Thoughtful American Bistronomy (TAB). It is a newly opened restaurant in association with celebrity chef Ajay Chopra.
We love a hearty meal post shopping spree cardio, so we headed to this sleek-looking diner. It's a casual dining experience with a curated menu of American cuisine and finely blended cocktails. Considering our appetite for the day, we directly started off with their fresh Shrimp Godfather, which comes with a house salad. We were so happy to have their in-house tomato sauce with beetroot essence — quite subtle and tasty.
At the same time, we placed our orders for drinks. A signature cocktail, the Raspberry and Mandarin Bramble, made its way to our table. This gin-based drink was soft and easy to sip on. Recommended by the smiling bartender himself, we got ourselves a California-style cocktail, the Blue Bayou! Infused with litchi and white wine, it was the most refreshing drink I have had (definitely took away all my lethargy)!
What took our hearts and earned a chef's kiss was the quinoa and corn on the cob that accompanied our next order, Peri Peri Grilled Chicken. We also gorged on their Portobello Mushroom Burger, and oh, the patty was so crunchy and delicious.
Just when we decided to cater to our sweet tooth, we noticed the wood-fired pizzas on the other side of their see-through kitchen. We went for a classic New York Style Margarita Pizza. The cheese literally melted in our mouths, and the char on the crust was scrumptious. It was finally dessert time, and of course we went for their Baked American Cheesecake, which was dense and came with buttery, crumbly, and yummy crackers at the side.
