Salad Making 101 with Arugula&Co.

What's Happening

Salad takes a millennial turn at this weekend workshop at Magazine Street Kitchen. Organised by Arugula&Co., this salad-making workshop will teach you the basics of making a healthy, delicious salad using fresh, sustainable ingredients.

Salad making may not be complicated, but there's certainly an art to making the perfect one. From prepping the veggies, learning chopping techniques, selecting ingredients, and combining flavours while making a dressing, you'll learn it all at this workshop.

You'll learn how to make four different (and unique) salads that you can add to your weekly diet or even show off at that next brunch party you've been planning to host! These include the Nostalgic Indian with a vinaigrette dressing, The Millenial with a vegan-cream based dressing, The Travelling Hippie, a warm salad, and The Phoren Return, with a spicy chimmichurri dressing.

The workshop will be conducted with Diksha Choudary, head chef at Arugala & Co. So we're saying, if you're a salad-making newbie or just looking to add a little something different to your menu, this is a fun way to do it, and learn with a pro!
